From a young age, sports have been my life. I’ve competed in Thai boxing and boxing, winning multiple competitions, and played district-level cricket. Since I was 15, I’ve been in the gym, constantly learning about strength training, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. My passion for movement and performance has shaped who I am today, leading me to study Sports Exercise and Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of Birmingham.
But my journey into therapy isn’t just about my love for sports—it’s personal.
A few years ago, I suffered a severe back injury that left me in constant pain. I saw multiple health professionals from various disciplines, but nothing gave me long-term relief. A well-known chiropractor helped alleviate my pain through the re-alignment of my spine. Advised by the chiropractor I adopted more stretch and strength training. This experience with the chiropractor sparked a further interest into the realm of healing, and as a result I started researching my condition to which I discovered something crucial. My pain wasn’t just about my spine, it was due to muscle imbalances. One side of my back had become so weak that the other side had to overcompensate, leading to chronic strain.
That’s when I found sports therapy. I began treatment with deep tissue massage, dry cupping, and wet cupping, which helped break down tight, overworked tissues, restore balance, and finally give me lasting relief. Dry cupping increased blood flow and helped release muscle tension, while wet cupping removed toxins and promoted deeper healing. For the first time in years, my back felt brand new—and with regular therapy, I’ve remained pain-free ever since.
This experience changed my life. It made me realize that so many people are struggling with pain and don’t know how to truly heal. That’s why I created Peak Therapy—to help others the way I was helped.
Unlike many therapists, I bring firsthand experience—as an athlete, as someone who has suffered an injury, and as someone who has truly learned what it takes to recover. I understand the frustration of being in pain, the struggle of not knowing where to turn, and the determination to get better.
At Peak Therapy, I don’t just treat symptoms—I find the root cause. My mission is simple: to help you move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free. Whether you’re an athlete, a gym-goer, or someone struggling with everyday aches, I will use my knowledge, experience, and passion to guide you toward recovery.
You don’t have to live with pain—and you don’t have to go through it alone. Let’s get you back to your peak.
